1-Week Before (Can also be done 3 to 4 days before):

- Clean up eyebrows
- Don’t touch any pimples
- Whiten teeth (Coconut Oil pulling, whitening strips, etc)
Day Before:
- Use a gentle facial cleanser
- Moisturize
- Get enough rest
